offers variable Service Retainer Plans to save you money and down time when service is needed most. Our current service rates are listed below. One of the various Service Retainer Plans, also listed below, may help meet your company's service needs. As service is needed throughout the year, you will receive the discounted hourly
rate according to the plan purchased. In addition, you will receive guaranteed emergency response service.
Emergency response upgrade packages can be purchased to increase the response time
within the plan purchased.

24/7 Support Add-on Option
Domain Logic offers phone or on-site support
for hardware and network equipment 24 hours per day - seven days per week.
Plan Specifications:
1. Customer must purchase a service retainer plan with a 4-hour response option.
2. Customer will pay an additional $1,000 for the 24x7 plan.
3. Service calls will be billed at the normal service plan rate during regular business hours (6:00am-6:69pm).
4. Phone support and service calls made after hours 7:00pm-6:00am) will be billed with a one-hour minimum at
double the customer's service plan rate.
5. National Holidays are EXCLUDED from this or any other plan purchased from Domain Logic
Annual Cost: $1,000

Server Disaster Recovery
(due to fire, theft, water damage, surge problems or other major disasters.)
Domain Logic
will deliver a replacement file server within the 4-hour response time.
This file server will be delivered with your operating system loaded and ready to restore from your latest backup tape. Domain Logic
can also provide you with a tapeless backup solution to backup the existing file server over an encrypted tunnel to a secure offsite facility. It does not matter where you purchased your server from or what brand it is.
Criteria:
- Customer must purchase a service retainer plan with 4 hour response option.
- Replacement server cost will be based on pricing and technology at the time of the disaster.
